Problem

A pharmaceuticals client wanted to gain a deeper understanding of what it’s like to have a cold and the treatments people sought out/relied on to help them get back to health.

Our Approach

We designed the project to recruit in people who were just getting a cold, so we could follow them through their journey back to health. Each day they checked in with us numerous times to share what they were doing and how they were feeling. We also conducted some pharmacist interviews to see what role they played in helping steer people back to being 100%.

The outcome

In the workshop we shared over 1 hour’s worth of curated video which gave the client a genuine window on the world of living with a cold and acted as fantastic stimulus to drive their thinking into new areas, specifically with regard to how marketing communications could be more effective.
