What we do

Over the years we’ve helped clients in numerous ways – everything from helping them create totally new brands and building real consumer profiles to helping decode what cool means in China! It’s an eclectic and wide ranging mix, but, in essence, it boils down to 3 areas where we believe we can be of real USE.



Ultimately, to change behaviour, one has to understand behaviour, and to understand behaviour, one has to understand people.



It’s one thing to know something, it’s entirely another thing to know what to do about it and how to profit from it.



Understanding and strategy inform the execution. The execution creates the bond between brand and customer.

And everything we do is driven by our innate and unending curiosity, and that’s what let’s us push deeper into the world of unknown unknowns [as in ‘the things we didn’t know we didn’t know about’]. In our opinion what is not said and not done, or nearly said and nearly done, is as important to our learning as what is said and done.
