How it works

Over 7-10 days people use their mobile phones to record events in the moment via film, photo, sound and text – either of their own or other people’s lives e.g. their partner. We develop multi-media story-telling presentations designed to inform and inspire and feed the imagination.

The Approach

Mobile Ethnography allows us to observe and analyse peoples’ behaviours with minimal intrusion, giving us an in-depth understanding of who they really are, what they do and how they actually feel.

What it delivers

Real Time: Everything is ‘in the moment’. Real Stories: Immediate candour and honesty, no peer pressure, so need to ‘put on a show’. Real Understanding: We observe their natural environment and behaviours.
